Poor drainage had left this condo garden muddy, with barely any grass left. We re-landscaped the space with two tiers of garden beds filled with fresh topsoil, following the natural slope, with a wood retaining wall holding the upper tier. River rock along the lower edge helps manage water runoff, while accent boulders and new plantings add visual appeal.
