We landscaped the shared grounds of this five-unit development with a design combining modern and traditional elements. Interlocking brick walkways provide shared access to the central lawn and shared spaces. Garden beds line the walkways, planted with trees, shrubs, ferns, and flowering plants, giving a welcoming and relaxing ambiance. An irrigation line runs through every bed, keeping the plantings watered with minimal maintenance.
